When will I receive my package?

All our packages are automatically processed with Canada Post through “Expedited Parcel”. The usual delivery time according to the delivery locations are:

  • Canada – 3 to 5 business days
  • USA – 5 to 10 business days
  • International – 10-20 business days
  • Rush options are available for your convenience at the checkout. Please keep in mind that Canada Post is an outsourced, third party. We are not responsible for any delays or issue in the delivery – which is rare, because they’re good at what they do!


What if I change my mind, or want to return the product?

If you want to withdraw your order, you may call our head office at 1-888-968-3592 within 8 business hours of your purchase and a full refund will be applied.

If the order has shipped out already, you will need to re-send the product with a copy of the original invoice to CymClub’s headquarters (address found bellow). When we receive it back, we will apply a refund using your original method of payment, or a cheque upon your request.

Refunds are applicable to the product prices only, and Shipping and Handling fees will NOT be refunded. A 15% restocking fee will be applied.
But, unfortunately, if the product is opened or damaged, we may not be able to apply a refund.

Refunds are issued within 15 business days of approval.

How does the Auto-Ship system work?

Substantial discounts months after months without worries. Actually from 10% to 20% depending on the product or package purchased. It is that simple.

Auto-Ship Disclaimer & Rules

Auto-ship is a privilege granted to customer committed to their quality of life. It comes with substantial savings. This privilege should not be abused for the mere sake of a one-time saving. In this regards customers cannot suspend their auto-ship privilege before six consecutive months. Within this period they can upgrade at any time. After the six month period they can cancel, amend or suspend the original auto-ship understanding.
